Introduction to Business Planning

This workshop is designed to guide you through a step-by-step process to the key essentials.

Part 1 focuses on the upfront opportunity including key financial targets such as sales , profits and cask-flow projections, upfront resource requirements.

Part 2 focuses on additional key planning and decision making considerations including marketing goal setting; legal and intellectual property protection; operational, logistics and human resources requirements.
